Installation instructions

Please never use silicon spray around anything that you want to seal or paint. Silicon "migrates" and transfers to unwanted areas. It will cause failure of both products. Soap works great for this application. Cheers.....

Nice, thorough procedure. I inherited my bronze portlights from frustrated friend who experienced leaks, so I wanted to make sure I don't repeat any errors. I feel confident that this procedure will assure the necessary seal.

Excellent well done video...Thank you Richard. I also agree with the below post as to not use silicone spray as silicone is a permanent, almost impossible to remove contaminant as well a release agent.
