I don’t get why people are saying that Foo and Torune understood how Obito’s Kamui worked more than Kakashi for example. They understood the general way to counteract the Jutsu (Kakashi understands that way too), but in terms of understanding Obito’s MS to the fullest, Kakashi’s the only one to figure it out because he has Obito’s other eye. Plus in terms of making devastating counteractive blows to Obito, only Minato, Konan, and Kakashi (with Naruto’s help of course) were able to pull it off. In this fight though, Obito made Foo and Torune look so foolish when Torune accidentally hit Foo with his venomous beetles. Obito got infected with the beetles afterwards, but because he cleverly used his Hashirama hand to touch Torune instead of his regular hand, discarding the Hashirama arm didn’t affect his actual body in the slightest.

Even if they by some miracle tagged Obito with the beatle jutsu, and by another miracle Obito couldn't just do a hashirama cell body discharge he could still use izanagi. They were ultra screwed. Also I like this fight, it was at a time where the mystery of Tobi was at its peak.
