Carnival has always had problems Especially on Mondays...ever since i can remember and im 42 from london my mum is black my dad is white... i really loathe that everyone on both sides always makes this about race...when its simply Monday is the day the thugs gang members and bad boys go to carnival..and ruin it.

If you scaled up the size of Reading Festival to that of NHC the arrest rate would be 780 arrests this year and 960 arrests last year. Therefore Reading festival has more than twice as many arrests per capita as NHC. But Reading festival is a predominantly white event so that wouldn’t bother you.
