Epic battle Of Captain Jack Sparrow and Captain Hector Barbossa BUT IN 4K️

I'm suddenly reminded of a TV advertisement for this movie. It spliced three moments together from this climax. Barbossa throws away his sword and declares that Jack can't beat him. Jack retorts that he could surrender, and then Barbossa shouts in a rage at Jack's comeback. Much as I like this movie, I think that edit was the funnier version.

The way Jack flails his arms when he runs kills me.

What doesnt make sense here is we know the cursed pirates cant feel pain (Barbossa not reacting to being stabbed by Elizabeth earlier in the movie and when Jack stabbs him, and when Pintel had no reaction to Barbossa shooting him to test if the curse was broken) but the other pirates yell out in pain when they are stabbed/hit by Will and Elizabeth. Why do they yell out in pain when Barbossa and Pintel do not?

I think it is clear by now that the of the Pirates Of The Caribbean is revolved around attaining some kind of mystical power, be it immortality or an encompassing control over the sea or a combination of the both.

The immortality that barbossa and his crew possessed is the same immortality that davy jones had just from a different caliber, aswell as captain salazar and also it is the same kind of immortality blackbeard tried to gain.

The reoccuring theme, is that this type of immortality always comes at a cost of being in some sort of a decrepit and degenerated form of existance, either losing your sensation, your sanity, your human features and even your soul.

The cursed aztec gold, the heart of davy jones, the fountain of youth, the trident of poseidon. Its all a reoccuring theme.

Are we to be two immortals locked in an epic battle...until judgement day when the trumpets sound?

The look on Jack's face after he shot Barbosa was actually sadness...he may have betrayed him, but Jack still cared about Barbosa in his own weird way.

When he noticed what Jack and Will were up to, he pointed his pistol right at Elizabeth, the one both Will and Jack cared about

This whole scene is just fantastic. I am convinced that Barbosa and the other mutinous crew members were unaware of Jack’s debt with Davy Jones. If they knew about it, they probably wouldn’t have taken the Black Pearl from Jack in the first place, knowing they had limited time with it.

Why they screaming pain when they not feeling it

Why did Jack cut his hand with the coin before tossing it to Will? Though out the whole movie it’s heavily implied that the Turner blood is the blood needed to lift the curse, so why did Jack mix his blood too; Was it because he was a true pirate like Bootstrap Bill, Was it so wouldn’t be affected the same when the curse was lifted? This is confusing.

1. Why didn't jack die from being stabbed in the stomach earlier 2. Where did Barbosa's gun go 3. When did Barbossa put a Green Apple in his hand..

Ok, so Barbosa was figthing Jack... with an apple in his hand all that time? jajaja 😂
