I been diagnosed with bronchitis and anemia ;-;

Can someone help me? I sometimes get up and my head starts burning, I start to see many grey, white and black dots covering my sight. I start feeling dizzy and start to loose my balance. This sometimes lasts 5 seconds or more.

I have no red blood cells RIP

My haemoglobin levels normal. Ferritin level low. Folate level low. Red blood cell count 4.82 instead of 4.80 so slightly high. My hematocrit level low (I think) looking at my own test results. I'm so confused. If my red blood cell count is high or normal then can I still have anemia? My ferritin level is low.
