Well, I see Stephen say this. But how about splitting it down the middle 50/50. Or let's say 25/100. All races get a quater. You know that the nfl is made up of 70% black athletes. If you dropped all numbers to 25 % then there will be alot of black players not getting drafted.

I have never heard of a black person trying to buy an nfl team. So it's not that its racism, it's simply the fact that they dont have the money it would take to make that purchase or they simply just dont want to own a team. Quit looking for anything you can to call racism.
