question, what if 0330 is more than once in the data?

The # of pop up ads of yourself telling me to subscribe when I already have is getting quite annoying and distracting when trying to learn new material. I was very interested in your channel until this started happening.

Its v irritating n distracting that you show up and ask people to like and subscribe again n again. Plz Don't that one time is more then enuf.

I have excel version 2013. I am not having trouble with vlookup but with the IF/AND function not working. I have looked it up EVERYWHERE.......and I have typed it EXACTLY like they do.......and yes...my column is formatted as numbers. I have tried EVERYTHING. i keep getting error from excel but it doesn't tell me what the error is. I can't find anything on internet anywhere. I've checked the "calculation options automatic"...I've done it all. Yes...I've checked and double checked comas and semi-colons and everything. Any ideas??. The IF formula on it's own will work.........

What if two transaction ID has 0330 ?
