Small Corrections: The CEE socket can supply 11kW. I wanted to keep it simple and keep the sqrt out of there but that just messed everything up. And secondly the power required by the relay is not around 60W. Maybe something around 20W. I mixed up some values in the datasheet. Sorry.

Having that 90cm bench in garage area actually prevents you from keeping any standard size car there. Why would you do that?

I am shocked you went to all this effort for a nice install but did not use corner pieces or have the conduits go into the junction boxes properly. The exposed cables look very odd and out of place to me haha.

A small correction, you should use PVC bends or elbows for corners of piping. We secure wires inside the pipe, why should we leave corners ??

Congratulations! It looks awesome, 99% same as mine :) the only difference is that along with the sockets in the Brüstungskanal I installed 6A breakers. Not only for extra protection, I can turn the sockets on/off using these breakers.

Everything looks great but it annoys the hell out of me that there wasn’t any elbows or connectors at the end of the tubing. Why?? It looks so strange just having the cables float from the tube to the boxes.

over complicate stuff much? the e stops should never run to a relay, just run them like you would a light, in series, both must be in position to run, and if either one is pressed it kills electric, much safer and also cheaper than your solution and it requires no electronics

as an electrician in usa let me teach you a trick, 1/4" split anchors are the shit for mounting things to concrete, you drill a 1/4" hole with a hammer drill bit then push it gently into place then smack it with a hammer and a flat punch and it mounts so well it will pull a plug out of the concrete if you want to remove the normal ones with a nail, so spend twice as much and get the ones with a phillips head, you still smack em with a hammer, but you can remove them without damaging the concrete

German conduit (you call pipe) is interesting just protecting the straight runs and not bends or into fixtures. In my mind it’s quite pragmatic and would make life easier for the installers. An interesting compromise. I wonder what the considerations are.

Dont do you emergency Switch Like this, the Relai needs to be safety class Not the one you showed, These Relais have two connectors for each in Germany NOT-HALT, also These Relais are more tested and fullfill all Security aspects, please read about it and Security classes, IT could Safe your Life, but your system is a Solid start and will do its thing 99% of time but you want more when Handling with heavy maschines 😉

I think it would have been better to install residual-current device to all phases and make the kill switches to trigger that. That would waste no electricity and as a bonus, you get automatic ground fault safety system.

I have a question my dear friends!

In my country we are not allowed to leave even 1CM of "naked" wire or cable, like you did in the ends of each conduit close to the connection boxes and light fixtures,
we use flex PG conduits to seal these parts,
It is not mandatory in Germany?

Best Regards!

A beautiful installation! The ducting you use (in the UK we call it conduit) is the only thing I don't like: when we install conduit in the UK the tube goes into the accessory using a threaded coupler and bush (both plastic and steel conduit use these). Preformed bends are available, but most electricians use a bending spring. For steel one uses a bending machine.

Wi-Fi is too unstable, DLAN sucks...more or less. Depends on the wiring...and consumption on the way, I guess?
I can't see any, that is why I mentioned it. Did you put in LAN?
