Hi everyone! I'm about to sign an invoice for my first custom-made product SAMPLE from China. The invoice is $185.00 (for 2 custom products), and they want to do DAP shipping. My question is, will this shipment come to my door without me having to do anything, or will it get stuck at a port, (and at this point, what would I do?).

The internet says: "DAP- The buyer, on the other hand, bears the responsibility and obligation for unloading and clearing the items for import."

I cant be at a port or hire anyone do unload the product from a port...

can someone please enlighten me on how to ship stuff from China to US (wisconsin). I am a one man operation with no international shipping understanding... :(

Helium 10 has terrible customer service! I have canceled the subscription months ago and they just keep charging me. I’m not even using their service for months!. I contacted them on their chat through the website explaining and asking to get a refund and to make sure my account is canceled. Michael, the customer service guy, left me hanging on their chat without solving the problem, canceling the subscription, or at least ending the chat so I could get a hold of somebody else. They charge me $200 dollars on my bank account for something that i didn’t authorize and I’m not even using. Please people don’t even think about using this company don’t get fooled by the influencers on social media saying great things about them. They pay those people to say that they are the best and this and that... It’s a big lie! Please save your money and your sanity. Also make sure you call your bank or credit car company to open a dispute and let them know about them.

Are those tools of helium 10 is for free?

I pulled the trigger on Jungle Scout, and am happy with it so far. I do wonder, however how accurate those Monthly Revenue figures actually are. They seem unexpectedly high for some items.

Customer experience. Jungle scout is unethical. I clicked on their monthly plan double checked what I was going to be charged and went ahead with trying out jungle scout for a month. They charged me the annual program and as of yet won't give me a refund for the difference. Horrible experience. I know you're thinking we'll just make sure I click on the right program, I did and it still charged me the annual fee. If you go with them please make sure they charge you the right amount.

I signed up for Jungle scout one month to try this out since I am new to the business. I only singed up for one and no chance would have ever committed to full year (who would). I saw my credit card was charged for a full year and 350.00 and they refuse to refund my money (I didn't even go a full month). This is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen. Do not try them.

Helium 10 free plan does nothing. You can't search for anything you want to.
