ОтветитьWhats the name of this girl
ОтветитьI am a man and I run a construction company. I am in no way sexist or fascist.
The company has 2 women in the office. For 13 years of running the company, I have developed a certain model. I'd rather have more employees and pay them less than make the guys work 14 hours a day. For me, work on a construction site is 8-9 hours a day, although there were jobs where we all sat at work for 12 hours. During these 13 years, 24-hour work only happened 5 times. For work after 10 pm I pay the guys 300% of the base.
What are my rates (everything is net)?
tiler PLN 28/h
plasterer PLN 25/h
electrician PLN 25/h
These are the rates of my 3 professionals. Professionals, they only do this on the construction site and nothing else. The rates of the other "dumb fizols", as some people call them, range from PLN 18 to PLN 21 net.
On average, this fizol with me has 3100 per hand, free afternoons and weekends. If he wants - let him do more, but he should bake the same as after 8 hours.
Why did I choose this way of working? Because I simply see that my employees come to work happier and better rested. They see their families most days of the month (unless we have delegations, for which I also pay +3 PLN net to the hourly rate). There are almost no accidents with me, maybe the result of rest?
Of course, yes, I'm a dodger because everyone goes on the minimum + the rest under the table. Only that they want it!
Now to the point, why it pisses me off when I hear that a woman and a man are the same employee and equal rights.
A year ago it happened that I was pressed with people to work. Holiday period, 3 guys in the hospital because they had an accident on their way back from vacation. 4 went abroad to stay with family. From my 17-person (rather permanent) team, there are 8 people left and 3 jobs to do.
So I put an ad in the Labor Office (because I don't want to look for peasants in the countryside). Encouraging conditions (probably) because 2900-3200 per hand (and on the contract!). Depends on what you know and how you present yourself.
And now one of the better parts of the story. I don't know why, but the lady in the office said after 3 weeks that no one reports and that the record is to blame (ATTENTION):
"I am looking for healthy, strong men."
I asked if I should look for the weak and the sick for construction sites, and you said that the ad was discriminatory and should also be addressed to women. The only thing I was able to say into the handset was "f*** me". Of course you taught me not to do that.
Then I asked what should I enter (I heard that PEOPLE, not men) and I thanked the lady for arranging my company in a European way. Do you understand? Someone telling me who to hire, someone who knows nothing about our work in construction.
In a magical way, after 3 days, 15, WORDS fifteen women reported to me (and here's a note).
I didn't know there were so many women in the construction industry compared to men. After all, 21 days - 1 submission from a boy and 15 submissions from women (in 3 days).
And you know what? I hired 5 of them, let me lose. For PLN 2500, yes for PLN 2500! Because they didn't know anything about the building. f*** it, 5x3800 PLN (because that's my cost) is 19,000 PLN per month. I will make up these 19,000 in 6 months. Holidays were over, so the settlements with the bloody labor office were over.
I was the only company in Lesser Poland, and probably in Poland, that had women working on the construction site for 15 days. F***, my colleagues laughed at me and the employees tapped on the head, but I didn't give a s***.
What a job and equality at work it was.
3 days already 2 ladies resigned. They only received holiday pay from me, 1 of whom stated that according to the code, she was entitled to a full week's rate - lol.
There are 2 + 1 which arrived after 4 days.
Maybe in points:
-ladies took a break at 9, 11 a.m., 2, 3, and 3:45 p.m. All breaks lasted 10-15 minutes. 12.5(average value) * 5 = 62.5 minutes. So the ladies worked de facto 7 hours (but in the meantime they were pooping, s****ing butterflies and peeing with holy water).
So they worked maybe 6 hours with 8-9 hours of work mode. I endured it.
I think on the 7th day, 2 ladies came that they had calluses on their hands and could they do something else, well, I don't know wtf, but the electrician said that they were putting the wiring in the trays. They f***ed up so much that the signal troughs were mixed up with the electric ones and the best was the blonde idiot (long live the stereotypes) who f***ed the 2x2.5mm^2 (socket) YDYp cables into the sanitary pipes. Yes, for sanitary pipes. Why? Because they fit well. Awesome. And I have to pay her for it?
One day, 2 ladies came and said that they couldn't work today because they had their periods. They can't because they will bleed. Do you know what I did? I have a good sense of humor and I'm not short of money. I gathered all the people from the construction site (13 people including 3 women) and told them that today they are all off because of their period. After all, equal treatment, right? And that's how my construction stopped after 10 men went on leave due to their f***ing period. But what we laughed at was ours.
One of the ladies frowned. Yeah, she shut up. She put up a partition wall (without a spirit level) being in the room and forgot about the door. Sounds unbelievable? When the foreman called me, I couldn't believe it either. But when I arrived, I believed it.
Alicja (my favourite, the one from the wires) had a problem with carrying bricks, so she threw them on the first floor through the window. Shall I say what's left of these bricks? Fortunately, she only threw 16 pieces in an hour. Along the way, of course, she beat a lot of facades.
Alicja was quite a successful art because she was not very intelligent (but women are more intelligent than men), because she had a bachelor's degree in Spanish philology and gained her skills at the construction site with Polish ch***'s and k***a's (that's the dialect of builders). So she worked, which we only noticed after 8 days, in earplugs. The woman was working at a construction site wearing stopwatches. The truth came out when she didn't hear the partition wall being demolished. The wall just fell on it (luckily the plasterboard).
-Alicia, why didn't you f*** run away? The foreman, Mr. Jarosław, asked cheerfully.
-I did not hear
And she showed the stopwatches.
Should I write how on the 2nd day the ladies got diarrhea from the effort and blocked 2 WC's from 1 to 3 p.m.?
Or how Aneta (an unemployed hairdresser) and Alicja were supposed to make channels with a wall chaser together? A nice story (for my money, but long live gender equality), ending with a cut leg, an attack of shortness of breath and a visit to the ophthalmologist. Namely, 2 ladies held 1 wall chaser, right after starting Aneta was hit with a large amount of brick red powder from the dust discharge nozzle, in the eyes, mouth and nose. In shock, she dropped the wall chaser on her friend's leg. As a result, Mrs. Aneta landed in the hospital at the ophthalmologist.
Oh, I was foresighted and gave them the f***ing protection google. Aneta did not put them on, however, because the hairstyle would break down. 2 guys laughed so much that the lady said that they are not adapted to life with women (long live equality ... For my money).
Of course, there were times when the ladies left home because the children...
Of course, the ladies complained about the condition of the WC, about carrying heavy things, about dust, about noise, about the foremen, etc.
Then, with the rest, I had checks from the PiP (State Labor Inspectorate). I got a penalty of PLN 500 and the stupid PiP woman didn't understand where the physical work on the construction site came from and why women do not perform work adapted to gender and why they earn the least in the company.
So it turned out that:
a) women and men are equal in work
b) even if they are not, you can't talk about it
c) however, they are supposed to earn the same and preferably more than the guy because they have higher education (where higher means higher than the guy in this position, not a university diploma).
d) there is a division into women's and men's classes, but it cannot be said that there is.
I don't have the energy to write the rest.
Or maybe 1 more, I hired a 24-year-old girl for the accounting office. For PLN 2700 + PLN 300 discretionary bonus. After 3 weeks, she said she was 6 weeks pregnant (which is about 1.5 months for me). 2 weeks later she went on sick leave (which I have to pay for in full) because of her pregnancy, because pregnancy is a disease.
So ladies and gentlemen, when I hear this bullshit, because it's bullshit to me, that we are equal at work, that a woman has the same salary and that we treat women as machines that give birth to children, it pisses me off.
I will never employ a woman again, and I will take a guy to the office even if I had to give him 1.5x more than a woman - f*** it, let him support the family at least alone but he will never give me a sick leave due to pregnancy. My mom carried me to work until 7 months - maybe that's why I'm such a chauvinistic fascist boar.
Oh and finally. After 40 days, the same stupid woman from the employment office called me (a cactus in your eye, woman) with complaints and threats (!!!) that I treated women unfairly by offering a rate below what was advertised and that she would refer it to the appropriate authorities! (Go ahead, idiot.)
I still remembered how Alicja smashed a hammer for PLN 2200. She did it very simply, took it in her hands and, going down the stairs, released it from her hands. Because it was heavy and I was hurting in the joint.
; ))
a courage for skyblue even how this all mess-up still our lucky day to survived the day

ОтветитьLika also in some other stories, I don't like the director has to say something too. The stories here are really great, I love watching them, but the director, I won't miss his talking
ОтветитьNo the industry is craving women in construction, we need more women joining the team
ОтветитьSo check twice cut once - especially walls :-)!
Also wear your PPE - especially eye protection! Lovely story though! Great acting by all of the cast! Always great to see Anastasia in an episode!
just bcos you're a GRRL!
ОтветитьWhat a load of stereotypical sexist drivel. This is the sort of scenario someone who thinks how men behave without having a clue. This is misandry and is actually detrimental to encouraging women to enter into construction.
I have worked in heavy engineering and the truth is very few women want to do the job. Those that do enter are treated with respect and given equal regard.
There is the fact of the matter that the average man is a lot stronger than the average woman.
It seems that both the manager and male builders in this video are complete amateurs who do not know the basics. First, no one makes strobes (cable channels) for the wires in the wall after the plaster is applied, first the wires are laid and the electrical boxes are installed, and then the plaster is applied. Secondly, if you have already done as shown in the video, then you do not need to demolish the wall and build a new one, but simply plaster over the unnecessary holes and make new ones. I understand that this is not the main point of this video, but I would like to see more realism in your videos.
Ответитьnice
ОтветитьI like the lady would want her to be my first friend..
