The chinese were started to mobilize their economy by per capital system under communist ideology. But in every sector they were in a backward position among great world powers. Then chinese premier was quite serious about this. For this purpose he came to meet with the president of pakistan alongside some economists and chinese finance minister. " how we can develop our economy in a such a way that it can upfront the soviets?" The chinese premiere asked. President gen.Yahya khan replied:" It depends on which economic and political model your state has been based on?" The premiere replied,"It's the same per capital system that you gave us". President asked with deep charge,"Under which political ideology?"Now the premiere got ashamed and said that's the communist system. Then president replied if you people ran a state like a progressive democratic per capital based economic system under this rubbish communism how could you think you people can prosper? The premiere told that if they left communist ideology then they would be alone among the world powers. The president of pakistan told him that the united states is always with the under developed states. But there is a condition that the state must be democratic. The premiere replied if the united states have come to help us then the soviets will be the major obstacle. President replied We are the third largest and 5th most powerful army in the world. We will be the major obstacle for them if they for us. Thus the chinese agreed to direct their economy under open market economy. So president gen.Yahya khan played a major role to create bitterness between china and russia. Though the situation is not same now but we can create differences between russia and india by applying this diplomacy.
