Oh and for everybody's info, the bloody landlord tax break also applies to Holliday homes, Airbnb's etc, which have a negative impact on rental prices by removing housing from the housing space into the land banking space.

Was looking at the stats today and found that in general 100,00 immigrants have been coming into New Zealand every year, since 2001. The highest number in the year ended Sept 23. If you ask me BOTH Governments have cooked the situation we’re facing - ensuring there’s not enough to go around, driving up the cost of everything and then blaming others for their mistakes. Classic toxic narcissists.
