Swapped a cam in a gen 3 LS the guy that tuned it didn't do it properly and didn't save an as found. I'm trying to get it tuned but with my first attempt all we did was pull some fuel out but when we write it there is no throttle response at all what's your thoughts on what the issue could be. Pulse since the beginning of this project it says the throttle position is 20% with it just idling
