If one is a tai chi practitioner, and its actual unplanned life experience. One had better ride the adrenaline rush to its max. And still stay calm. Dancing, practice, is that thing. Unscripted immediate demand and need is another.
I think most folks go into tai chi like yoga. It's minimal( and I use to practice tai chi) exertion, and practice, practice. It's not very much like actual fight.
It's a bare minimum of memorized form and sequence.
In this scene, this gal would be absolutely luckiest gal to pull this fight as a victory.

The problem with watching this clips: We would assume that a skinny guy can beat a well build man. Which is not the case in 99.999% of time.

It’s a show clip displaying’Tai Chi’ Chinese martial art of self defence. I’m not a martial guy and cannot pass any comment on its skill. However, I find the performer is a pretty young Chinese lady displaying her on movies clip.
I find her movements is fast and feisty. I can assure you that you will enjoy every moment of this show. I hope you’ll like
