На нижних болтах могли сэкономить, они фактически ничего не дают для консольного закрепления, особенно с учетом того, что опорные пластины приклеены к стене.

The epoxy between the concrete and stair is 100% useless, This installation looks faster than it is because most of the work is dropping in shims, Not just to make the treads level [as the vid shows] but also making certain the treads are 90 degrees off the wall. Concrete walls are never plumb and never flat.
