The blockage I have is also anger and suppressed emotions because of my childhood trauma.

I also couldn’t be who I was.

I know exactly what you mean when you said it was like something else helped you through. I mime in church and I had messed both feet up and I wasn't supposed to mime at all and I did it anyway against doctors orders. It was like I never touched the floor with my own feet like I was in someone else's body or inside someone else's feet cause mine never hit the floor. My mom was so nervous because she said I was stomping and jumping and dancing harder then ever. I never felt it.
