Okay, so I’ve been watching and rewatching the first duel to see why Amblowhale is so good, but I just can’t sus it out. I know MBT said that he’ll show it and not tell it, but I don’t think showing it is enough in this case. Could anyone tell me why Amblowhale is so good in this strategy?

I’m confused at why the earth machine opponent took the 2nd Veiler. It just didn’t sit well with me but I don’t play Earth Machine so idk if they were getting super cooked by veiler or smt

Why do you need to link Sunlight Wolf and I:P into Amblowhale? can't you just pop Sunlight Wolf with Kirin and get the same board?

Aww, yeah! My first favourite archetype is here! Fire King Island/Yaksha + Yubel was the only deck in Duel Links that could somewhat reliably kill Fur Hires and the deck only got better over time. Hell, it makes the Pokemon Ho-Oh look good (Garunix)!

Weird question how does the whale trigger in the beginning when fenrir banishes it facedown.. don't cheat the deck showing it's potential when it doesn't get destroyed

Fire King has been my favorite deck since they were introduced and I cannot believe that they are not only getting support, but GOOD support. The deck maintains its identity while getting a massive power boost that makes it one of the most competitive decks in the modern game.

Stuff like this is legacy support at its best. Please Konami, make more stuff like this and less stuff like the 48th Neos fusion monster or Stardust extender which does virtually nothing.
