Baseball players need to be doing this.
ОтветитьNice sir
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьExcelente
Ответитьthat's not really skills, you are using the wrist a lot you should not, and the bo is designed to defend yourself so you must use the uper body mostly and the training must be combat oriented, it;s is much harder to master because it has to be precise
ОтветитьVery very bad, you won't even kill cockroaches in open areas nor close vicinity areas with your spinning staff.
ОтветитьPractice you breathing while moving try standing straight. Go slower, use a heavier pine staff which you have sanded and waxed and sanded again ans again. Reverse direction start with the other hand. You have more than 2 axis planes. Step through your spin insteaf of turning. Move around the staff rather than moving the staff around you. Keep a focal point. Relax the muscle while moving let the blood flow rather than constrict. Feel relaxed and stretched when done. You should be able to go for 2 hours after a few months training. On soft grass you can use bounce as well as spin but without delivering the energy away from the staff. Maintain the balance in the staff at all times, never pull the staff out of its movement, guide it to find a new way. Allways start and finish in the same position. Try using both hands at the same time on the same side of the staff, instead of reversed hands. Try moving it without letting go .
ОтветитьFantastic 💚
ОтветитьIs there a reason for having a flexible staff as opposed to a rigid one (oak, ash, etc)? Where would one look for a rattan staff?
ОтветитьWHAT THE FUCK is that shit. I hit you. Fuck your stafffffff
ОтветитьThanks to your videos I finally figured out the skip catch and the... I forgot the name (it's like a figure 8 one handed spin)
ОтветитьWOW 🤩
ОтветитьQ - Does bo staff spinnsworkout the chest?
I did kungfu many years ago and on those pics back then I had really good shaped chest muscles.
I haven't really had it since then.
Now a few weeks ago I started to bo staff spinn again, and noticed my chest getting very defined.
I can't think if any other exercise I do that this would be the result of. Anybody? Thank you guys 💪
Wow super spins
ОтветитьVery nice! This is all I wanted to learn!
ОтветитьOne thing I love about Jake is his *excellent posture*. This creates a framework for generating power. It allows the movement to be clear.
ОтветитьDo sets of 100, each hand, then switch to a different technique and do the same. Do this continuously for at least a half hour without pause, although an hour or more is better. Do that religiously for 3 or 4 years and you'll start to become proficient. Use the waist and not the arms and hand and you'll expend less energy, and won't breath heavy, even after hours of continual training!
ОтветитьThanks for the transitions! I've had both shoulders repaired and have been looking for a good workout to recover flexibility and strength. This looks like a very good place to start!
ОтветитьHow much is tall stafe mts?
Truly amazing👍🤩
ОтветитьThis is insane
ОтветитьI'm 76 and did some speed bag training for boxing when I was younger. I love the coordination and symmetry that you demonstrate with the Bo Staff in this video. I think I'm hooked on trying this as a tool to keep me moving. Thank you!
ОтветитьYou should have shown it in other angles too.... like from the back side.
ОтветитьTo be honest right now I never had a bo staff before
ОтветитьAwesome... I'm at a half staff right now... haha
ОтветитьThis guy is sensei WU, has a staff that is 15 years old
ОтветитьThis one gang wanted him to join because he’s pretty good with a bow staff..

Ответить“I don't even have any good skills. You know like nunchuck skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills. Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills
ОтветитьI Am Starting To Feel Confident That I'm Pretty Inclined To This. I Think I Started Doing Any And All Of This... Less Than Two Weeks Ago.
ОтветитьI Am Starting To Get Better At Spinning. But The Four Spin is A Challenge For Me
I Can One Spin Easier Counter Clockwise Than Clockwise.
I Have Only Spun Once Today. I Will Do Again Later. I Like To Have Fun. Not Be Stressed Into Doing It.
