1. Hsiung Feng III has much more longer operational range and much faster speed than 140km, mach 2 in your video.
2. I never seen CJ100, DK10 can be launched from 052D
3. YJ18 is a good missile but cannot fly mach 3 in whole cruise except for its sprint range.
4. HHQ16 is not used on 052D but 054A instead
5. I don't find any reason for China declaring a war towards Taiwan, so it would be a criminal invasion if it happened.

Best bet for Taiwan is to have its fleet run away and hopefully not be destroyed. Pretty sure the OHP mark 13 launcher can take sm2 instead of sm 1 and that sm-6 has been studied to go on the mk26 on the kidd class so maybe with that they can defend themselves long enough to survive. The best way for Taiwan to spend new resources is some rapid dragon pallets on aircrafts with lots of anti ship missiles and asymmetric naval tactics with lots of small corvettes. The essm would be a great missile to acquire for new corvettes for medium range air defence with a smaller footprint, maybe also do an Australian style OHP refit with an 8 cell mark 41 for 32 essm

If S Korea build its own nuclear submarines, it will lock in China's North fleet from leaving which leaves S Korean navy to deal with China's East fleet until their Southern fleet arrive which will be all over by time they get to East sea. Chinese Northern fleet ports are in range of S Korean cruise and tactical missiles and they are within range from S Korean ground based anti ship missiles if they try to pass S Korea. It will give even chance against China's navy without the US navy. S Korean navy has better quality ships and better prepared sailor.

LoL there are still boneheads thinking a war will break out there - Taiwan Straight is barely 100-180 KM, and the PLA regular artilleries - we are not even talking about The Second Artillery Missile Force - will saturate the entire beachhead and ports of Taiwan in 24 hours. Taiwan's warships are decades old. It is doubtful any of them can still function in battle. Kidd class for example dates back to the 70s and hasn't been upgraded a single time.

The Type052's don't carry the YJ-100 missile, which has an 800km range, not 1000. Almost all the missile ranges are false. The YJ-18 for one has the land attack specs written down, the ASM Variant has a 180 km range, and only 40km at Mach 3, it does not have the ability to control speed like the Recent Russian ones do.

Taiwan's SM-2 missiles are not obsolete, they were modernized along with the SM-1MR by NCSIST.

The ship doesn't even have enough missiles to sink Taiwan's navy. This is especially the case with their large missile boat fleet, the fleet totals some 50 craft. Even your own numbers cite 24ASM's, in the 052D's armament (which isn't likely as usually ships trade off some missiles for older ones given the low numbers of new systems).

China's navy is much better equipped, but one ship would be dealt with quite quickly with similar range of the current ASM's and Taiwan's numbers. Numbers and tracking is key to a naval war, and one ship cannot track 50 surface targets at once and sink them in a coordinated manor.

No war would be like this. It's just imaginary.

You do not have to use your destroyers. Just a bunch of ASMs will clear the water of rebellious province ships.

The US will encourage, and then sacrifice, Taiwan to enter a conflict with China for political gains. China will not be that stupid to fall into the US Divide and Conquer trap.
