Sir my dammy make noise everytime even am not hungry that time. It's embarrassing please suggest some ting or any tip

Yesterday I drink turmeric tea with green and white tea and I eat fish spinach and lettuce, later at night I eat cheese and drink milk, the next morning I got up poop brown poop then it got watery yellow and I vomit one time ,then I went on the scale and I lost 5 pounds, what's going on am scared.

My stomach growls even when I'm not hungry, but if I eat or drink some water it stops, and while that helps, I don't want to eat nor drink anything when I'm not hungry, only because I need the noise to stop. And from time to time I have constipation. Earlier last year it was worst. I went from doctor for months, they gave me medication and at one point prescribed wrong medication for me, so now I'm afraid of going back. But right now, I don't do a lot of vomiting, it's like if I belch it whatever I drink or eat may come up small, other times I'll vomit, but it doesn't happened a lot anymore. For now, the growling irritates me, and I'm having constipation since last week when my menstrual started. So it's just those two, the growling and constipation.

I have an exam today I'll have to sit at the front. And It's always dead quite in the class. I hate my life 😭
