How do I edit a position after I start playing without resetting everything to the start?

For example, I had my kid practicing Q+B vs K checkmates. After a few minutes, I wanted her to try Q+N vs K. All I wanted to do was swap out the bishop for the knight without starting over from scratch.

Is this possible? I can't locate an "edit position" button, if there even is one.
