So if Germans used this design, their cannons would be even more effective aginst T-34 and Sherman. Insane. But is this design as effective against non-angled armour?
Also would be interesting to see the effect of this shell design against Strv 103 (fired from much more powerful gun, of course).

I'd like to see how blunt nosed shells would perform against thick flat armor. Would it be less effective then on an angle or about the same?

The M338 just replaced the target's old armor with a new one — alas, not in the safest fashion, so the driver had a bad day. 😢
