If you swap Firecracker with Bomber and Knight to Arrows these rankings are perfect. Also I would say that E-Barbs are not quite D Tier, but not as bad as Minion Horde so I'd use the E Tier.

Cannon, skeletons and spear goblins are S tier.

Skellies, spear gobs, bomber and e-spirit are each a rank better than you said. Skellies are about the same strength as gob-gang, as they both have around the same usage rate, and the spear gobs and bomber are a B because they are also seen a lot, although less than the skellies.
E-spirit gets used a lot although ice spirit is really strong so it's deserving of an A

i feel that minion horde is being completely f on, tho it can be very useful against many decks if used correctly(baiting spells). i got to ultimate champion using them.

bro, firecracker doesn't deserve an A, and the spead gobs deserve to be higher. I would say the two are on the same tier of usage and value. Spear gobs can just put in so much work in the right decks. Also, evo archers are so much better than the firecracker.
