Doing this for 40 days even tho i’m gonna start school soon!
Day 1: ✅ some exercises were hard because of my flexibility but i gave my best 👍
Day 2: ✅ i see a very small change on my legs already! and those hard exercises felt less harder than yesterday and i feel more burn on my legs!
Day 3: ✅ i see my legs changed more and i’m proud of myself! I’m not gonna give up and continue because this works!!
Day 4: ✅ done, no changes
Day 5: ✅ done, still no changes + did belly & thighs exercise from this channel
Day 6: ❌ i went swimming that whole day and had to prepare for school :(
Day 7 - Day 17 ❌ I couldn’t exercise because of school, and since i started school i’m tired everyday, i’m so sorry, i will continue today as day 7.🫶🏼
Day 7: ✅ done, these exercises didn’t hurt like before
Day 8: ✅ done, i see very small changes
Day 9: ✅ done, i see small changes again and the muscles of my arms & legs hurt so bad idk why
Day 10: ✅ done, no changes
Day 11: ✅ done, i see small changes again
Day 12: ✅
Day 13: ❌ i forgot😭
Day 14: ❌ i forgot again😭

Day 16: ❌ i was extremely tired
Doing this for 20 days
Day 1 ✅️ Was pretty hard at some exresieses since i have pretty weak hands , but i felt my legs/muscles stretching at the right spots

Ответитьso I won't do it anymore. to hide that I managed to lose weight on my calves in 2 weeks, I did only 1 approach and I live about it, but the result shocked me, the calves were 38 cm and they were 34 cm but how strange the right leg of the calf lost 4 cm (34 cm) and the left leg only 2 cm (36 cm) even if they are very different Thank you very much for the workouts, they are really effective 👏
