With all the seems like desperate methods to ease head injuries eg. stopping kick offs, penalising for a face touch, independent doctors, stand down policy and short drop out changes. Is it time to put the macho attitude aside and start talking about some kind of protection for the players ie. helmets? Is it not the first logical step to help prevent injuries?
