ОтветитьIm still looking for a plan to get my first pull up im 41 252 pounds i know negatives but what can i do to get better at negatives ive also been doing lots of like 30 to 1 min running up to 12 miles in 3 hrs i just kept resting and running on a treadmill any tips would be great thanks
