Maybe bc im an american virgin, but I was shocked by the first episode. I couldnt believe ppl were actually willing to be naked on tv, and then the host starts asking things that were actually pretty educational for me 😂. I noticed no one had an american accent…I think we are too afraid of nudity in this country to be doing this kind of show. Im not sure why we are like this and other countries are more free about it.

My 89 year old mother watched this and was fine with it. She said that the guy in question (not this episode) made the right choice.

When I first heard about this programme I thought it was the pits, but when I watched it, I thought it was okay.

I like how it normalises normal human bodies and makes nudity nothing to be ashamed of.

Americans are weird in this respect. The biggest porn industry in the world and then purity culture with its excessive religiosity. Just bizarre.

How amusing. It seems as you guys picked up on this show rather quickly to my surprise, and in that sense understanding the concept of this type of dating show without too much trouble after overcoming the shock of seeing what you just saw. Where I come from it's believed that many Americans in particular feel rather embarrassed when it comes to nudity in general. I'm not saying all Americans though by no means. People aren't all the same. It's a huge country with a diverse population for certain. It might be about overcoming the fear. The overall impression one gets through tv-shows and serials is that nudity and sex related topics need to be carricated and exhaggerated to an extent that it appears unrealistic enough to be dealt with. But it doesn't need to be that way. Having that said I presume that quite a few people in my own country would choke on their supper if switching to TvNorge when this show was on. Here in Norway we have a rather generous sculpture park in the capital packed with very naturalistic shaped sculptures in stone and bronze that show nudity in its glory. The first of these scultures were made a hundred years ago, although the park itself was layed on the spot at the beginning of the World War 2. It's quite fun to see American tourists walking about in this sculpture park or getting a glimpse of them on their way out while complainting about the number of penises on display, as if they want to reassure other visitors that they really are on the wrong site. When it comes to Naked Attraction this British tv-program has found its way to other countries through a number of international versions. Thanks UK for this great concept for a tv-show. It does appear as shallow as it can get, but I still think that we should tolerate nudity in other settings than sex scenes. It's just a body without clothes on by the end of the day, equal to what we see at the communal showers,which most of us have attended since we were young. Although it might be the same sex rather than the opposite that we're exposed to in that setting. Nevertheless. There's been a few seasons here in Norway of Naked Attraction, as well as in other European countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Italy, Singapore etc. I'll be looking forward to the American version when it comes. 😉 Perhaps is the USA has made itself ready for this sooner than we know. Yet again, thanks for a great reaction guys.

It's goofy that in the States we equate nudity with grotesque or lewdness. Naked = sexual, which isn't true... except for that one guy who got a boner.

It's disturbing, not funny, disturbing that such tv show exists. Must be a real perv to watch this show and enjoy it. I saw it for 5 minutes and was disgusted... Way to go people.

I'm obsessed with naked attraction...i ve been binge watching it for the past 3 days

The point of the show is to show young people, who watch completely unrealistic porn on the internet, what real bodies and people look like. I no longer see it as salacious. When I first watched the show it was shocking, because we had never really seen prolonged nudity on the TV in the UK. But the fact is in the modern world, with the internet, people see bodies and sex whenever they want. A lot of it being degrading and violent especially of women. At least this show goes some way to mitigate peoples feelings of inadequacy in a world of photoshopped media and unrealistic porn that gives many young people an unhealthy view on sex and relationships. Some people really need to stop being so uptight. This show has various body types and sexual preferences. I think it is very progressive. Most of the dates don’t work out. Which kind of demonstrates that personality is more important in the long term. ✌🏼

In this social media, fake body image world that give false values and false standards this program is possible the most body positive program on tv. The people showing their real body shapes and sexual Preferences is great, also the information clips that give advice in a fun and cheeky way is needed as so many people didn’t get the right information from schools or parents when they were young. Also, why do Americans get so weird about nudity?

The show is disgusting and anyone that likes it is pathetic.
