Sir, I have read the books by Joseph Murphy, louis hay and watching your videos. Although I come to the point of understanding your teaching and very often meditate on my good thoughts and it relieves me much but after feeling better and after some hours some negative starts rewinding which sometimes I cannot control. But, I feel I can do it. I really want to practice this and overcome any problem that comes my way. Sir can u advise me in short because I believe I can DO THIS 🙂
