Never use kingsford charcoal to cook, at least not the compressed sawdust ones. Always use lump
ОтветитьI wanted to buy your OG spice, but the shipping was almost the same cost as your product. I can't do that. I found another closer to home that shipped for a lot less.
ОтветитьLove your work Brother !
ОтветитьAmazing videos. And very educational thank you!
ОтветитьI’m carefully planning Arnie! this video helped, this weekend while the wife is at work I’ll be grilling my own set of short ribs, good looking out🫡
ОтветитьI got some short ribs in a 1/4 of a butchered beef my niece had butchered. Never cooked em before. Thanks for detailed method as I use a weber. Will try Today
ОтветитьI wrap 'em at 185 or so. I know how yummy those were. Cut 'em into one inch cubes, sauce 'em, put 'em back on to tack up the sauce...........short rib burnt ends. Yum.
ОтветитьMy grandfather was from Monterey Mexico / Laredo area . These were my favorite when he made them. Great memories
ОтветитьWhats your total cook time on a gas grill
ОтветитьReally enjoyed and appreciate the video, pissed I didn’t come across your channel sooner 🤘
ОтветитьI’m grilling beef short ribs and a full slap of beef ribs today . And on the other grill chicken thighs that saves lives and bake potatoes
ОтветитьI’m 70 and have been grilling a long time yet I learn something new with every video I see. Just watching you work the heat, the meat and the grill is masterfull.
ОтветитьGreat video! This may be heresy (esp. in TX) but I actually prefer beef ribs to brisket... <runs for the nearest door> I'm an AL/GA boy, so it's all good! Great looking recipe, I may cook some today with some steak I'm doing...
ОтветитьI like your work
ОтветитьParkay that stuff is awful for health use real butter

ОтветитьYou’re the OG Arnie then ribs look mas firme homie!
ОтветитьThe short ribs I have are thick like those but, I have the whole ribs in them, and about 4 of them 8 inches long. How do I cook those? I am waiting on my order of WOW and OG to get here.
ОтветитьDang those look delicious. Beef ribs are my favorite. We have awesome family memories with Abuelo’s, Tio’s, Tia’s always ready to BBQ & party! So much fun! So blessed!!!!❤
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьOh so OG is garlic, salt and pepper uh? So it’s adobo…. Go Goya!!’
ОтветитьThat's way too much blue smoke and that's not good at all
ОтветитьWas going to order the 2 rubs but shipping is way too much. Why is it so high? It was like 12 dollars for shipping. I live in Oklahoma lol. Regards.
ОтветитьI love that he cooks them until they are actually done and doesn’t leave them all bloody! Salute to you man it looks amazing!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
ОтветитьTotal time like what, 4 hours. you started grilling in daylight and took them off the grill at night time.
ОтветитьOver done?
ОтветитьI want my food on the grill for 10 to 15 minutes tops, then off of it and on a plate for it to go in to my stomach.
I can't bbq for hours.
Can I use both OG and Wow seasoning when cooking beef? Or would it be too salty?
ОтветитьWhat kind of grill is this?
Ответитьi bought hamburger deluxe seasoning because i saw it used in one of arnie's videos. now i can't remember which one it was... does anyone remember which video it was?
