okay Ive have these symptoms for 3 years i have lupus and Rhumitude arthritis started my 5 th new bio treaments it stopped it in the 2nd day all together. but when i had to skip a month because insurance wont pay for it every month i get it right back 24/7 ...its so uncomfortable! i cant sleep as it is due to joint pain .With this it scares me wakes me up 20 x a night . gasp for air heavy chest and them burning up into a sweat down a bottle of water get wet rag try to sleep before it wakes me again.

I've had chest pain for three days straight and I don't want to go to sleep because I don't want to wake up because of a heart attack I'm actually scared rn.

Does anyone know if this be caused by anxiety? I’ve been having small anxiety attacks lately. today after one (and on and off since) I’ve been experiencing chest pain.
