This show sucks. Not one of the fights has good fighting. It’s just large action shots. No real fight moves. Not like Naruto or DBZ. No actual martial arts. Boring and basic.

I love how the mangaka slowly builds the potential of Nen and hints at how Gon will use it in these fights. Seeing them laid out like this, you can see the connection building between self-sacrifice and Nen prowess as well as the extent Gon is willing to go to win. It starts with Kurapika’s fight against the Spiders and grows from there.
From entering a loosing fight just to get one hit, to literally sacrificing his hands to win another fight, there is a greater increase in ability with a great sacrifice of his body.

I pray to GOD Togashi can recover and have good health again so he can keep continuing this series, it’s one of the very few for a shounen that have kept my interest high. 🙏

why is it in fucking 60fps it doesn't look good i can't find a fucking fight from any anime without having to scroll past 15 60fps versions that completely ruin the animation because it's not intended to be anything other than 30fps frame interpolation is a cool gimmick but for whatever reason everyone treats it as the standard just keep it at the original fucking frame rate god it's not hard

This anime is so good that my favorite scene isn’t even a fight. I’m talking about the episode 111 where Netero and his team arrive at the castle, narrator-san was the MVP of this episode and it’s just amazingly good.

NOBODY will EVER convince me that this anime is good.
