I really had a great experience with a group of folks from this movement. However, why are they speaking in tongues without interpretation according to what Paul wrote in 1 Cor chaps 12, 13, and 14? I'd really like an answer to this issue. Why do most Pentecostals do the same thing?

This movement has been very inspiring to me in my beginnings. BUT!!
When you say that physical water is necessary to born again, you are saying in some way the blood of Jesus is not enough, you need a bath. So human works are necessary. And here we have a big heresy. The water Jesus speaks about in John 3:5 is the same water of Ezekiel 36:25. Nicodemus must have known that. You are cleansed by the Word of God when you repent and put your faith in Jesus. It's something that depends only on God. Salvation is by faith and faith alone. So nothing to do with a baptism. That's why my family, many christians I know, and me, have been born again much before any baptism in water. So baptism is very important but not vital for salvation. Take much care about the doctrine. (1 Timothy 4:16)
One last thing: when we speak about the church of Christ, we are speaking about His Bride. So we must be very very careful on how we speak.
