Why would they.??

You don't. Unless you don't have any other options because your body or the system hates you. Then watch this. Don't treat a neurological dopamine deficiency disorder with "fixes". Nothing solves it but the chemical you're missing. Lots of it.

Marry the right person find the right job. Hmmm. 61 never married as I always ran into emotional abusers. I coped by isolating even though I was always so social. Have always and still do make friends easily. Except I haven’t been able to keep up with full time job and friends so along the way I became increasingly isolated.

I don’t know if you guys can relate but I desperately need/needed the days off to recuperate and prepare for the week to come.

I do however make fast friends with the younger girls at work which is wonderful but these kids have a life to live and it completely different from mine. They don’t need to be hanging out with a a grandma aged person. Not fun for them outside of work.

Also work in a highly Toxic environment but I have to stay and save as much for retirement as I can. Literally I’m just doing my time hoping I do not have to live to a very old age.

My recovery journey was greatly enhanced by the therapeutic benefits of mushrooms. Other psychedelics like DMT and LSD have also proven to be remarkable.

Ground breaking news! I was able to treat my ADHD by switching to the carnivore diet.

Within 48 hours of no carbs/sugar and eating only meat and fat, my depression disappeared and my ADHD symptoms began subsiding.

My short term memory loss, lack of focus, and inability to multitask are becoming a thing of the past.

No drugs, memberships, or therapy required!

I'm so glad I found you. I have truly realized why they didn't catch my ADHD in the 70s I was diagnosed as severely dyslexic a horrible family tragedy in the 80s and I was forgotten about left defend for myself. I would never diagnosed until my 40s at ADHD. And yes I'm really diagnosed on paper, edit 57. I'm trying to figure out my life now I'm tired of not being successful and not finishing things and people thinking. I'm so stupid and worthless.

For a long time I was struggling with low confidence, depression and anxiety . I thought I was burnout ! My previous therapist said I was suffering from depression. But recently I realised I am suffering from adhd ! I didn’t have these when I was a kid because I used to be into creative hobbies like music , dance and I used to play a lot ! But then after covid being indoors always , working on a 9-5 job without any outlet or without time for hobbies, It’s too navigate through life.
I came across this video and I will start to implement this in my life ! I hope it helps me battle my condition! Thanks.

This might be controversial but in order for me to live in a better state of mind and to remain focused, I need to have a daily routine, self-care routine and I need to read a lot. I have even stopped listening to music as it makes me lose focus. Am on a diet and I feel more energized than ever. Some might not like it or might call it a curse but for me living with discipline transformed me to another state of mind. I am grateful cause now am more ambitious and feel more in touch with people. At this point, I no longer feel the need to relax or take some time off. I truly feel as if I have attained a higher state of mind.

For me, unknowingly, it was dance in my youth and throughout my teens. Then later on Fitness became my go to. So I would jump between the dance studio and the gym. Not knowing that it was helping me.

I hear a lot of people with adhd describe it as having 100 diiferent thoughts at once. I would describe it as having 100 different actions we think we need too do and in my head i feel like its not thinking about it, i feel like im starting all 100 at the same time even though im doing nothing but spinning around on one spot in my room. Its debilitating.

My husband has ADHD, depression and was on medication for many years. When we moved and he had to get a new Doctor. Unfortunately because my husband was nearly 68, the Doctor said ADHD medication was not recommended for someone his age and he wouldn't renew his prescription. The Dr didn't even offer to wean him off the meds! He left him with no meds and had him go. God so kind a friend recommended us to mushrooms (psilocybin) precisely. After his experience with shrooms five years ago till now there's no more ADHD, depression and mental disorder. Shrooms are life changing. There is no way you can put into words what it feels like..

I translate this advice to "do not send your kids to school". It is at school they are sat in benches instead of doing "natural cereballar stimulation" outdoors. It is at school they lose their curiosity and creativity needed to be constantly involved in some "flow" (e.g. writing a book). Schooled kids are horrible at finding mates and jobs because for years they are deprived of a chance to make their own decisions.

Don't send your kids to school. Unschool! (or at least homeschool)

I’ve heard many good things about psychedelics like LSD or psilocybin mushrooms and their health benefits on ADHD , I also heard it helps one get through addiction and depression. I’m just wondering where I can get my hands on them cause I’ll love to give it a try. I’m passing through a state of terrible depression lately.
