I find Jay a wonderful teacher. He takes you through all the exercises and explains them clearly. They’re very manageable too - just a commitment of fifteen minutes a day. I also like his lovely relaxed manner while at the same time he always stays completely focused. Have noticed a big difference since I started following these. 👍👍👍👍👍

ОтветитьThank you so much! I don't have arthritis but I'm taking medication that really makes my joints hurt all over my body and makes it hard to even walk, sit and stand up comfortably. I feel better after doing it, and will continue to do them everyday ✨

ОтветитьHave been following this routine for three months now and definitely noticed a big improvement with my arthritic knee. My thigh muscles are stronger so I can get up and down from a chair without straining my knee. Also the step exercise has made step climbing much easier. Love the stretches. Do them first thing every morning. Agree with other people who point out Jay's personable manner makes the exercises far more enjoyable. Thank you. I am 67 years old, never stuck at exercising in my life, yet I've been doing this for 3 months now. It's a miracle!😊👍

I suffer from RA and OA in most joints and have put on a lot of weight due to too much food and not enough movement/ exercise over the last few years. Newly diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic has been the jolt needed to sort myself out and finding your videos has been such a help. I love your manner in the the way you explain and demonstrate each exercise. I’ve been doing this morning set every day for the last 5 weeks and will be adding the daytime one starting today as I am really feeling the benefit. Thank you again and keep up the good work. Sue
Ответитьthank you! i am only 53, but arthritis and inflammation to knees slowing me down. i never thought getting out of a low couch or booth at a restaurant could ever be so difficult! but warming up in the morning really helps the day...i will never take my mobility for granted again and hope to one day get to a child's pose comfortably again!
