I am 45 and my muscles and connective tissues are sore for days and I have lingering pain constantly. My son is 13 and beginning his journey. ОтветитьI can do pullups someday and others I just can't. For example 6 pulls up per set one day and the next training day I barely hit 4. Why? Is it possible that I may have a weak core?

ОтветитьStarted calisthenics three months ago I was able to do 19 wall push-ups 2 squats and a 3-second dead hand. Now I can do 3 push-ups 10 squats and a 20 seconds+ dead hang really proud of the progress 💪thanks .
