ОтветитьThe richest source of vitamin K2, Menaquinone-7 is fermented soybeans or natto which is a staple food in Japan. Menaquinone-7 and other long chain derivatives of vitamin K2 are essential for mobilizing calcium from soft tissue and integration with bone through activation of osteocalcin. But the good doctor is against consumption of beans. It's true lectins are harmful, but fermentation can render beans harmless but inactivating lectins though I'm not sure to what extent.
ОтветитьAwesome 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 bone health tips 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

ОтветитьWheat is highly acidic. Calcium from bone is pulled to neutralize acids. It's important to stop eating wheat.
ОтветитьHi. Exercise?
Can you recommend an exercise for someone who has had a femoral rotation and excision of 1/2 the tendons and ligaments that connect the calf muscles with the knees.
I need weight bearing exercises but no physician wants to suggest a few.
Thanks.
Peace.

I am 44 years old, I have a lot of hormonal problems , I have a menopause already and I have osteoporosis due to I don’t produce estrogens , I don’t want to be taking estrogens pills so I am trying to find something natural to prevent more bone descalcification (besides I am taking calcium and magnesium ) and somebody recommend me soy strogens but I just saw a video from DR Gundry that says avoid soya products , so I am so confused about how to treat the absence of estrogens, feel better and take care of my osteoporosis, I am from Mexico
ОтветитьThe one thing missing from this video is a discussion of vitamin K2 which transports calcium away from places where it does not belong and takes it to places it does.
ОтветитьFirstly Thanks and I am following it properly and feeling a lot of benefits. Just curious you haven't mentioned anything about Honey anywhere.

refuse. I need perhaps to do more weight bearing exercises and I will. Thanks for all you do to keep people healthy.
Don't forget about vitamin K2!
ОтветитьThanks doctor. Do you have recommendations to build a new born gut flora? Inoculation?

Great to have this channel for a refresher course.
Man I got to say, you have the coolest prescription eye wear.
Thanks Dr Gundry. Always looking for approved food ways to get calcium for 4-5 years now. Fractured my wrist and having surgery this Friday. Taking Dr. Mercola calcium with D3 and K, and magnesium L- Threonate for 2 years. Mom at 87 thinks I should be drinking milk, but I don't want to drink it. Recently drinking Chocolate Almond milk. Maybe that's not the best, but my finger nails improved.
ОтветитьGreat Video, thanks Doc....I would point out Boron, which is seriously now lacking in US crop soil, Boron has proven to also help increase bone health. Some Doctors claim it cures osteoporosis.
ОтветитьK2 especially to move Calcium from blood to bone and teeth, and remove Calcification from coronary arteries back to bones and teeth.
