Dude! Totally stumbled onto your channel by accident- I'm in Pensacola, FL- part of one of those Niche' area's (beach town sorta) that you spoke of in one of your videos- and we just got our first Chipotle!. I am in the process of acquiring 15 acres of land with a 5 acre spring fed pond on it. There are some wetlands- but there's about 6-8 acres that are buildable (waiting on updated wetland study) . Initially I wanted to buy it, build a home for my family on it- But I have 15 acres! What am I going to do with all of that?! And get this- it's within 5 mins to Perdido Key, FL #4 on the top beaches in Florida and 1.5 hours away from Destin (the #1). You have got me itching to explore building a tiny house compound...maybe with 2 or 3 to start off with- then springboard into more. The thought of doing this- and getting my kids involved excites the hell out of me. I'm a lot like you (except older, lol) I will be hitting you up for some advice on your hero site once I get things rolling more. Until then- I'm locked into your videos. You are getting thumbs ups from me! (Already hit the subscribe and notify) I'm sooo thankful I found your channel.

I’ve heard of ones that charge a flat rate or a % of your profit. Curious if you use any and how much that eats into the profits if so. Thanks!
