There is another aspect to twitch vs onlyfans. Twitch started as, and still is, a platform for gamers and for gamers to build communities. So there is the feeling of "I'm not here for porn, I'm part of this person's community, she talks with me and my pals, she even answered me once" when the streamer couldn't care less.
Not to say all gamer twitchers care about their community, definitely not the case but I'm willing to bet it's less of a thing in these "communities".

Twitch has been catering to these girls at the expense of gamers for years now and the girls always push the envelope as hard as they can. Many break TOS routinely only to get a slap on the wrist and some have even admitted to and committed actual crimes on stream only for nothing to happen to them at all.

This is why gamers get so incensed over female gamers. It's not that women in general in the hobby are bad. It's that the bad women in the hobby have fked it up time and again for everyone else, other women included. Of course, the voices of the legitimate female gamers that complain about this shit as well get stifled, buried and ignored because you can't construct a narrative with them around.
