I skipped this video because I wanted to play it myself first, and then forgot about the video. What a banger, though. The E3 part is art.

I have over 200 hours in this game and I'm still loving it. Going through the campaign on Apocalypse is a whole new experience, especially coming off of lower difficulties feeling basically unstoppable.

This game is awesome but never heard anyone praise the bosses so much lol, they are all janky in their own way, esp Losomm and Yaesha ones are meh cept the world bosses.

also if you start in Nightmare mode its really grindy/bullet spongy, nearly twice the health as veteran, they kinda fudged the scaling compared to the first game

Remnant 2 is a near masterpiece. I saw that being someone who’s not heavily into the souls like games. In fact I bought the Remnant 1 and just couldn’t get into it. Heard that 2 was much improved and I’ve been playing this game daily ever since. From the level design, the depth, the fact that you can replay this game countless all times makes it truly unique. Hopefully they’ll make a 3 and go much bigger with it.

Imo remnant 2 is closer to a mix between diablo/borderlands/doom than darksouls with guns.

I'm not even completely through the video and honestly after going through the game and hitting all three worlds in adventure mode multiple times can I just say that I'm still seeing stuff in this video that I've never seen in the game before? Damn this game is DENSE.
Edit now that I reached the end: Yeah "a good half of the bosses we never saw" if this was just one normal playthrough there are WAY more than half of the bosses you never saw, believe me. Every world has two distinct storylines completely separate from each other in which the goals are completely different. And each time, you have a chance of getting completely different dungeons rolled with those areas. So if you go to Losomn, you may get the Council Chambers or you may not. You might get to deal with the Red Prince or you might not. A whole host of others can pop up with that world. Now if they'd just let you allocate more than 65 trait points...

I do love Gearbox can’t remember many disappointments from games that open up with their logo.

R2 is not a Souls-Like game. Get the hell out of here. LOL Just because you can roll and melee in a game doesn't make it a Souls-Like game. Mortal Shell is a Souls-Like game. Anyone who says it is an idiot in my view. The same people who say this are the same people who say Dark Souls and Bloodborne are Open-World games because of the interconnectivity of the areas. LOL
