The hawley tornado is that one other tornado that was probably an EF4 strength wise

This was a great video! We lived in Abilene for almost 8 years. I'm very familiar with Anson and Hawley. There was a rumor while we lived there that tornadoes always go around Abilene because it's in a "bowl". I know while we were there that there were tornadoes all around us but none ever hit inside Abilene. Is there any truth to that rumor? Just courious.
