Exploring WordPress 6.5

Great update! It keeps getting better on each version.
Concerning the cover block aspect ratio, is it possible to define a custom ratio?
Same for the drop shadow. Is it possible to add new drop shadow styles?
Something along the lines of custom styles for core blocks in both situations, I guess.
