These are going straight into my split. I’ve been doing push/pull/legs but I feel like it’s not enough for my arms. Thinking of included a dedicated arm day.

thanks coach, i will try these on my next day at the gym. one question, my right bottom of the wrist hurts every time i do hammers. how do i strengthen that part. its okay when I use a wrist band.

Coach P. What is the best body part split for high rep training. I just started doing it as you describe and my pumps are sick. Just don’t know the best split for this type of training? Thanks.
