I don't own a very expensive workout bike but with this workout i felt that i put this bike to good use and from what my bike told me, i burnt 605 cal throughout the whole thing. Overall very pleased with this, including the fact that there werent any ads! Love it, definitely keep this kind of stuff going.

ОтветитьOne think frustrating about this session is the cadence displayed on the screen. At the start it says 70rpm but watching the instructor he is easily doing over 95 or closer to 100.

Ответитьi have been doing this for several days now. although i do not have any visual effects, i have been able to run for longer periods of time and the exercise has gotten easier. im thinking about moving to the 40 minute hit after this. thanks for the help.

ОтветитьHey guys, I've tried following this HIIT workout for the first time. It felt very hard for me. I have good leg muscles, but the 30s were too much for me I could barely last 17-20ish seconds before finding it literally too hard to pedal. I just need realistic encouragement and advice from the experts. Maybe If I gave the warm-up more minutes, or frequently pedaled normally until I got used to it. Is this normal? I felt so bad when I couldn't keep up with the video lol. FYI: I have visible leg muscles, and I'm a good swimmer, but I gained weight due to surgery and snacking during winter while having an office job. I appreciate any comments <3
ОтветитьI'm a normal 24 yo student, and remember that i used to do HIIT with my trainer. I'd usually count 20m for full, and i had met my grandpa in the heaven after doing that.
