ОтветитьJust did this video first time this morning. I really like your style..your voice is very calming. I have gained some weight over the past 2 years and I've been in a terrible mindset, trying to get back on track and staying there has been a challenge. All my joints hurt and any workout I do (like I used to..hard core) just is not good for my body anymore. I'm going to challenge myself to stay consistent with these videos. Thanks a bunch!

ОтветитьHello sanela! I have just started this workout and have never done yoga before! I am 8months postpartum and trying to strengthen core and flatten tummy. I started this one last week, just wanted to know if doing this 5x a week is enough or shall I do more of your videos? And how long till I see the effect? 😊 x

ОтветитьThese videos are great. I've been following a couple of them, rotating between them on different days and I am already seeing and feeling some results after only a few weeks. Most of the videos are only 15-30 minutes in length so it doesn't require a huge time commitment, they're pretty easy to follow and you get a great work out.

I almost choked laughing when she said go hard or go home. Because this was the easiest workout I have ever done. But don't get me wrong. It is effective so whoever is doing, just keep doing it.

I am enjoying your yoga flexibility videos. I am in the 4th week and to be honest my body, core, and flexibility feel stronger.
I try to engage with 2 short videos every morning before work. Depends on my mood and how my body feels.
Although I have some health issues I try not to 'overdo it'. But I must say stretching in the mornings really helps my joints and muscles throughout the day.
I just wanted to post a comment about how much I enjoy your videos. That's all! Thank you!!!
