Long story short, it's because the European powers drew the borders and created nations after winning ww1 and the ottoman empire fell (german ally controlled the entire middle east nearly) but the kurds didn't get a nation it was stuffed into the nation they created called turkey and put kurd lands in it, rather than making a Kurdistan out of those lands

In the 80’s my father worked in Iraq for almost two years. Most of his coworkers were Kurds. He even has pictures with them. He always talked fondly of Iraq, Arabs and Kurds and in our household Middle East always had special place. I remember vividly his tears and how shaken he was when US invaded and destroyed Iraq, and when all this chaos happened in the last 10 years.

A syou show in the map, Kurds live only very small part of Syria, but today PKK (which are terorist, not normal kurd citizen) invaded 25% of the country with the help of our nato allies. They killed almost 40.000 citizen in Turkey, most of them are Kurdish. 500.000 Kurdish immigrated to Turkey, because of PKK^s terror in Syria. Kurds have all of the rights in Turkey, such as old prime ministers Turgut Ozal and Ismet inonu was Kurd. We have been living together with Kurds almost 1000 years. We protected them from russian/armenian massacure during WW1. They are our brothers/sisters.

EU union have a great experience to support ekstremizm as Germany did in England by supplying guns Ireland against the British. As EU did it in Iraq and Syria. By supporting terrorist. In this way louvre museum is full of irag and Syrian historical ancients which is stolen. By getting bribe from dictators like Qaddafi you get wealthier. On the other hand politikers destroy European citizens life too. As they Lost their condition before 30 years. EU union don't obey even their rules by accepting borders of government they try creating fires in other places like Armenia and Azerbaijan conflict EU especially france just have a tendency increase tension. And they don't care of any ordinary Armenians or Azerbaijan people's life.. They don't have any interest to contribute satabilty of the peace.

It is not just Turkey who considers PKK as terrorist organisanition but EU USA and most of the world. Just FYI. There are certain resasons for that. Please stop showing them as "peace butterflies"
