Is it safe to travel during COVID-19 pandemic?

So if you are leaving from Florida then any other place is perfectly safe, or should I just go into the nearest Soilent Green center vacation there? (joke)

I was hoping this would be more helpful instead of just obvious suggestions. I find the news to be so disappointing and devoid of quality content. Like heck I'd be traveling right now for "fun", that's irresponsible. I have no choice but to travel to see a family member who might not have long. And for the record, there are a lot of people right now having no choice but to travel due to loss of employment or other things out of their control.

Go to your local park and sit under a tree this ain't no time for a vacation right now
