I've been hearing how thus "non safe" keeps things "safe". I just broke into my amazon basic safe with a crowbar. It gave in less than 3mins...looking for a safe now

I would have bought these before lpl. these are beyond worthless for keeping things safe.

What about dual locking safes? A friend of mine has an expensive large wall safe that only opens if both a code and the key are used, and apparently the lock internally breaks apart with persistent picking. This doesn't make sense to me, but she is adamant, yet if the lock breaks apart and it needs both a code and lock to open, how can it ever be opened in future? Have you heard of this kind of lock before? I can get you the model if you're interested in further info when I next speak to her.
Watching your channel has scared me shitless to be honest. I thought we were fairly safe with our security doors with 3 point locks and anti bump, but recently when the lock failed, a locksmith replaced it in about half an hour, so what the heck stops anyone from just removing the lock?
I am going to add an internal only slide into ceiling type lock for when we are here at night, or one of those anti intrusion fortifiers for the main door itself so if they get through security door then there's more of an obstacle again. Maybe locks are the wrong approach and actual physical blocking mechanisms are the key (no pun intended).

It's a lock box, not a safe. It's good for securing things like prescription meds and perhaps postage stamps, etc,... I toss in my extra cell phone chargers so they don't get legs.

If you want a decoy, do not put paper and rusty nails in it because the guy will understand it is a decoy ! But some cash, not a lot and some printed documents looking like ownership certificates.

Can you review the new version? I just got one as a gift but it seems to use a different lock cylinder. It uses a different key that looks like a laser cut automotive key to me. It sure how robust that kind is. But it also just seems so cheaply made it must have another weakness.

The locking pins themselves seem weak.

Wtf would the expert be installing? Especially for $200, he better be coming by with drywall and cutting tools so he can put it in the wall and cover it up with a secret door, for that amount of money when the safe is a quarter the cost of the expert installation 😂
