Afraid to use toaster oven but I had a T bone on sale.  Here goes!  Added five minutes more and used meat tenderizer, plenty of salt in that.  Fantastic!  Won't be afraid anymore.

Id like to advise you that, even if you place meat on the grill with the pan underneath to catch dripping juices, it greatly helps if you first cover the pan with aluminum foil or some type of disposable cover — because if you dont clean that pan right away or soon after your cooking is done, as they dry up they WIlL tend to stick to and stain your pan.
And it will be a pain in the butt to clean it off.

I have learned this from experience.

Thank you sooooooo much, Tostin' Man!! I cooked an 8oz., "Wagyu pre-seasoned Beef, Top Sirloin" piece, according to your easy and quick recipe and it turned out DIVINELY!! I actually thought I was eating a beautiful "Filet Mignon" instead. Can't wait to see many more of your cooking instructions. Thank you again:):):)
