I have tek turret on a gen2 ps4 server but i dnt have all those setti gs

I placed them to guard my base in Valguero even though nobody is going to raid me.

What bullets does it take

how do u get the turrets to shoot at you in singleplayer? i want to test raids in single player, but can't find out how to get them to shoot me

The Tek turret is to be used in conjunction with the auto turret. My question is, how do you drain the auto turrets if the tek turrets do that much damage to soaking creatures. I mean they do 80 damage a shot to elementals; they won't last for more than 15 seconds! You would need like 300 elementals to raid a decently sized base.

Them not targeting explosives is not only likely intentional but a purposeful balanced decision. This gives the traditional auto turret a place on base defense still while allowing you to not have to completely focus on Tech turrets. Honestly they're probably supposed to be used in conjunction with Auto turrets and plant x, not alone.

I would recommmend adding a few tek turrets to your base if youre playing against golems. They shredd golems like crazy.

They should have put in tek quetzal and giga

That's disappointing to hear that they're mostly useless. I 110% agree with you that tek laser projectiles are WAY TOO slow.

Hod I think they are supposed to be paired with normal autos that's proberly why they don't target explosives also they fire explosive rounds that's why they are bad targeting and slow projectiles

Tek turrets are explosive and kill the turtle riders. You are to mix these guns with normal turrets and x plant. Also if placed up higher the turrets will not shoot under the brontosaurus legs lol

I tested it a bit on single player and homing rockets seem to target them. ALWAYS place these close to normal turrets.
