Interesting take. I love seeing other people's interpretation of NYC Apts. I have a decent sized apartment in West Harlem, pretty big for a two bedroom. Thankful I was able to cover my exposed brick so I can hang photos and make it modern. I want to get this pack but idk if it's worth it already EA has take all my money and my game glitches so bad.

Love this! It be super cool to do the second half as another set of tiny apartments, maybe have the door enter into a small entry with two lockable doors and you could have a playable sim or 2 and roommates for the other half and pretend they're your neighbors in an adjacent tiny apartment! :)

I decorated a 4 bedroom base home from the gallery and I made it for four college students and I even made sims to go with them and I am currently playing with them in college. It is so fun. When I make detailed buildings or homes like this I need to make a sim or sims to go with it to see them thrive within the space.

I love tiny apartments. I like filling up these huge apartments with smaller ones too. I agree that they are too big. I think it is unrealistic for half of them to be the size of some houses. It makes sense to make them smaller to be realistic

New York apartments are small…It’s cool to see how your build looks similar to some typical apartments. Not the luxury apartments though, those are different.

As someone who lives in one of these apartments… I think it’s cute. Typically they are a little bit more dated. Your bathroom would have been pink or blue. I had an oversized one bedroom that I had to split in 2 originally for a roommate!!!
